Characteristics

  1. The use of Senka Clean PG-50 together with alkali and reducing agents (such as hydrosulfite), removes silicone resins and fluororesins which have cross-linked with the fiber.
  2. Senka Clean PG-50 is a dyeing machine cleaning agent that removes silicone stains within the machine.
Method
(1) 90-95°C×30-60min.

(2) Hot water washing-rinsing -acid neutralization (2g/L acetic acid)-rinsing
(3) Soaping: boil×10min. 2g/L Senkanol A-900
* Cationic PG-50 is blocked by anionic Senkanol A-900.
(4) Hot water washing-rinsing-dehydration-drying

Points to notice

  • It is important to mix well to obtain a uniform liquid prior to the use of the product.
  • In the case of poor water quality, Multifine 25 is recommended to prevent scaling.
