Characteristics

  4. Maintains water absorption in unfinished cloth.
  5. Exhaustion and continuous treatment possible.


Use

The standard amount used is 0.5-2%o.w.f. It varies depending on the type and shape of unfinished cloth.

Exhaustion treatment
Rinsing and drying after treatment at 60°C for 15-20 min.

Points to notice when using and storing SENSIL 555
  1. When using the product, gloves and special glasses are necessary for your protection
  2. If the product comes into contact with your eyes or accidentally gets into your mouth, it is recommended to thoroughly rinse the affected area with tap water immediately and see a doctor.
  3. If the product comes into direct contact with your skin, it is recommended to wash it immediately with tap water. If it causes rashe on your skin, it is necessary to see a doctor immediately.
  4. It is recommended to wash your hands and rinse your mouth after use.
  5. It is recommended to close the container so tightly that foreign matter will not get inside.
  6. When storing, it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight. Choose coolareas (5-35°C).
  7. For waste treatment, it should be treated as industrial waste.

  Treatment concentration: 1% o.w.f.

  Washing conditions: following JIS L-0217 103
  Antimicrobial test: the bacteria counting method
(bacteria used: Staphylococcus aureus)

(2) Treatment method: padding method
Pad pick-up ratio 100%dry 110°Cx2min.
  Treatment concentration: 1% solution
  Washing test and antimicrobial tests are the same as (1).
