[Method]
Place the specimen in the center of the cotton lint of an adhesive plaster and place it on the upper arm with the specimen in direct contact with the skin. Note: Avoid bathing and strenuous exercise.
[Observation]
Remove the plaster after 24 hours and leave the skin more than 30 minutes before observing it. Make sure the examinee reports cases of positive reaction appearing 48 to 72 hours later or even a week from the examination as the test may provoke sensitive reactions.
