1. Because of outstanding chemical resistance (to acid, alkali and Glauber's salt), it can be widely used in scouring, dyeing and finishing. Also effective in the alkali reduction of polyester.

2. Being nonionic, use in enzyme processing is possible. Most suitable for use in desizing with enzyme, or in enzyme reduction for rayon (tencel).

3. The in-bath softening properties being effective from a low-temperature stage, it works potently in the prevention of creases and scuffs on cotton and rayon, which shrink at low temperatures.
