Conventional concept of printing
Printing paste is often prepared with 20-27% added to what is necessary throughout the world. The excess is probably unused and wasted. There is a reason for this. Excess paste is prepared in fear of kasure (slight touching) trouble on the fabric surface, resulting from interruption in the supply to the rotary or auto flat screens. The common practice of excess preparation is to prevent this kasure occurrence.
