Deep-dyeing auxiliary that turns wool jet-black
Builder W-33

(A) Wool dyed through a traditional method.

(B) Wool deep-dyed using Builder W-33.

Builder W-33 is an auxiliary capable of producing a deeper shade in black dyeing of wool.


[General characteristics]

Appearance: White emulsion
Component: Special reactive urethane resin
Ionicity: Weakly cationic
pH: Approx. 3.0
Storage stability: Approximately 1 year, under normal conditions


[Features]

  1. Displays superior deep-dyeing effects.
  2. Displays superior deep-dyeing effects.
  3. Forms on the fiber surface a low-refractive film, which contributes to superior deep-dyeing effects.
  4. Produces superior washing and dry cleaning fastness due to self-crosslinking properties.
  5. Does not affect the colorfastness of dyestuff.
  6. Padding solution maintains good stability even in prolonged, continuous treatment. It does not suffer any gumming up, or rigidly adhere to the mangle roll.


[Directions for use]

Amount used: 4-6% o.w.s.
Example of use: Padding → Squeezing → Intermediate drying → Curing
