Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd., has developed auxiliaries for a system for the correction of faulty cloth. The introduction of these auxiliaries to the dyeing industry represents a new departure. In the past, the work of Nippon Kayaku has focused on the development of dyestuffs and dyeing methods for new materials for introduction to the dyeing industry. However, many of the queries Nippon Kayaku receives from the dyeing industry concern the correction of faulty cloth. While problems faced by dyeing plants include difficulties prior to dyeing such as preventing uneven dyeing and improving the reproducibility of dyestuffs, is there a way to actually correct faulty cloth for sales?

Here we introduce some of the auxiliaries for a system of correcting faulty cloth and auxiliaries for a system of preventing the production of faulty cloth (including machine cleaning agents, agents for the prevention of machine staining and dye stabilizing agents) as developed and released in response to the difficulties mentioned above by Nippon Kayaku, a company possessing detailed knowledge of dyestuffs.
