Kayaresister UN exerts excellent anti-staining effects on polyurethane when used for deepening polyester in the disperse-dyeing of polyester/polyurethane union knits.

Appearance:Dark brown liquid
Component: Anionic polymer compound
pH value: Approx. 8 (2g/L water solution)
Solubility: Dissolves in any given water

Substrate: Polyester/polyurethane(76/24) union knit
Dye: See below
Liquor ratio: 1:15
Dye bath pH: 4.5
Dispersant/leveling agent: 0.5g/L
Kayaresister UN: 1g/L or 3g/L
Temperature/time: 120 °C, 60 min.
