Anti-polyester oligomer auxiliary “ DISPERON G-55K ”
Takamatsu Oil & Fat’s anti-polyester
oligomer auxiliary “DISPERON G-55K” is a dispersant
capable of dispersing oligomer generated in cheese dyeing of
yarns to be used for moquette and tricot structures, this oligomer
has detrimental effects at various stage of process; with the
occurrence of white powder at reeling, inhibition of yarn mobility
at knitting and contamination of dyeing machines.
The dispersant can be used in hot rinsing, in
a dye-bath and in reduction cleaning (RC) to improve quality
of yarns as well as to contribute to rationalization of machine
cleaning.
