Nagase and OG Corporation have been expanding their businesses in rapidly-growing China, based on long-accumulated know-how for dyeing and textile finishing as one of the leading trading firms for textile dyestuff in Japan (Nagase: No.1, OG :No.2).

Because Nagase has been promoting a Japanese-run company as a distribution business and OG Corporation has been promoting a to locally-run company as a manufacturing business in China, both companies agreed on the establishment of a new company to integrate their textile-related businesses in China, aiming to expand their businesses by each taking full advantage of the other’s expertise through incorporation.
