Komatsu Seiren (Nomi City Kanazawa Pref., president Ken-ichi Nakayama)
is going to sell "Techno Vintage BJ", originally developed shape
retention material, which is very popular among famous European brand apparel
makers.
Komatsu Seiren could not supply it to the Japanese market because of huge
orders from European apparel manufacturers. Recently they expanded their production
capacity so that it will be available soon in Japan.
President Nakayama said that since the 1st exhibition at Premier Vision in
Feb. 2003, his company has exhibited its highest performance textile products,
and since then, its new products have been recognized as high performance products
by famous brand apparel manufacturers around the world. Among them, Techno Vintage
BJ is highly evaluated by major apparel manufacturers, which leads to huge orders.
Natural fibers are a favorite of European people and apparel including metal
is not to their taste. Therefore, shape retention materials not including metal
have long been demanded and Techno Vintage BJ can indeed satisfy this need.

- New feeling material with hari(stiffness), koshi(anti-drape stiffness)
and natural surface hand

blends of natural fibers are available.
- For garment dyeing, "Techno Vintage BJ bleach" is available,
which can give a natural surface hand and cater to special tastes through garment
dyeing.
