The Ministry of Textiles, India has announced the establishment of a facility for talent rearing through co-operation government and commerce. This project includes all parts of the textile industry, and aims to resolve the shortage of talent in this industry, from store clerks to factory managers and general managers, through the co-operation of government and commerce.
