SEIREN ELECTRONICS (H.O.: Sakai-shi, Fukui, President: Hiroyuki Makita) will start production of electronic and electric devices and textile processing machinery in Suzhou, China from October. All production of the company has been carried out in Japan up to now, but, in order to expand production and sales in the Asian market including China, it has been decided to establish a new company in Suzhou, "Seiren Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd." The new company will be in charge of design, production, sales, after-sales service and technical service for electronic and electric devices and textile processing machinery by SEIREN ELECTRONICS. Mr. Yu Hui will be installed as chairman for the new company, which will be located at No.50 Lushan Road, Suzhou New District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, with 11 employees to start with. It is capitalized at US$500 thousand, 100% invested by Seiren U.S.A. Corporation, the U.S. based subsidiary of Seiren Co., Ltd, the parent company of SEIREN ELECTRONICS.
