Israel's major nonwoven manufacturer, Avgol, plans to get a total of $600 million in loans as resource to acquire Fiberweb, nonwoven manufacturer of the U.K. Of that $400 million will be obtained from non-Israeli banks and Israeli institutional investors to mainly compensate for debts owed by Fiberweb.
