ITG to name former Chairman of ATMI, Mr. Moore as senior vice president and CFO

ITG (International Textile Group, Inc) announced that Mr. C. "Billy" Moore was installed as its senior vice president and CFO as of May 21. Mr. Moore has worked for a nonwoven manufacturer PGI, a finished yarn maker Unifi and an accounting firm Ernst & Young. He once served as former Chairman of the American Textile Manufacturers Institute (ATMI) as well.

ITG is a textile manufacturer that produces automotive textiles, apparel, uniforms and technical textiles, formed by an investor WL Ross in 2004. It currently operates five primary business units: Automotive Safety, Cone Denim, Burlington WorldWide Apparel (apparel fabrics), Burlington House Interior Fabrics (household/interior fabrics) and Carlisle Finishing (dyeing and finishing). The Company employs approximately 12,000 people worldwide with operations in the US, Mexico, Germany, Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, South Africa, Nicaragua and Vietnam.
