"Shanghai Stock Information Service Corp" said on July 9 that a bill to raise the export tax refund on Chinese textile products had been passed and the rebate would be raised from the current 11% to 13%(another view says 15%) for woven products, 11% to 15% for apparel and 5% to 15% for rayon. The policy adjustments will be announced some time between the middle and the end of July.
