French automobile interior textile maker Michel Thierry Group (MTG) will acquire shares of Fezko in the same industry in the Czech Republic from Stark B.V. of the Netherlands.

Fezko has approximately 600 employees. The company has sales of €58 million in 2007 and is expecting to have over €60 million, up by 3% this year. Its main client companies include Volkswagen (VW), Ford, KIA and Skoda Auto.

MTG Group has approximately 1,200 employees. Its sales amounted to €182 million. This acquisition of Fezko will be an essential step for the group to take the initiative in the world automobile interior textile market, after business expansion in Mexico, Turkey and Russia.
