DESCRIPTION

Semol AZ is a dispersing agent for polyester/polyurethane blends and unions. It is also effective as an anti-polyurethane-staining agent for disperse dyes.

SPECIAL FEATURES

1. It produces excellent effects on anti-polyurethane-staining in the disperse dyeing of polyester/polyurethane blends and unions.

2. Foam-related trouble is hardly expected as it is extremely low-foaming.

It is to add to disperse dyebaths in the exhaust dyeing of polyester/polyurethane. Its usage differs according to the fiber blended rate, the kind of dyes and concentration. Standard amount for use is as indicated below.

*Reduction clearing is indispensable for the prevention of yellowing and better fastness.

NOTES ON HANDLING AND STORING

Careful handling is required as this is a strongly acidic substance.

1. Because of the substance being corrosive, precautions must be taken at all costs to protect the handler during use with appropriate gloves, goggles, clothing and such.
2. In the event of direct contact with the eyes, the mouth or the skin, immediate rinsing under running water for at least 15 minutes and prompt medical attention will be necessary.
3. Thorough rinsing of the hands and the mouth after handling is required.
4. The container needs to be tightly fastened to prevent any foreign matter from getting into it during use.
5. For storing it should be kept out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place (5-35°C). Please refer to related laws.
6. It needs to be disposed of as industrial waste.
