In the dyeing of polyester/polyurethane blends or union goods, troubles such as dullness in shade, poor reproducibility and insufficient fastness are likely to occur due to tendencies of disperse
dyestuffs towards staining polyurethane.
Unional SN produces outstanding effects in the prevention of polyurethane staining of disperse dyes and improves fastness and dyeability on the polyester side.
Description

Characteristics
- Effective in the prevention of disperse-dye staining on polyurethane in the dyeing of polyester/polyurethane.
- Enhances dyeability of disperse dyestuffs on polyester.
Directions for use
Unional SN is to be added in the disperse dye bath in the exhaust dyeing of polyester/polyurethane.
The amount used depends on the blending ratio and the kind and concentration of dyestuffs used. The standard amount used is as stated below.
*Reduction clearing is necessary after dyeing to prevent yellowing and improve fastness.

Notes on handling and storing
| 1) |
Because of its corrosive nature, precautions must be taken at all costs to protect the handler during use with appropriate gloves, goggles and clothing. |
| 2) |
In the event of direct contact with the eyes, the mouth or the skin, immediate rinsing under running water for at least 15 minutes and prompt medical attention will be necessary. |
| 3) |
Thorough rinsing of the hands and mouth after handling is required. |
| 4) |
Hermetic sealing of the container is necessary during use for the prevention of entry of foreign matter. |
| 5) |
For storing, please refer to related laws and keep out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place (5-35°C). |
| 6) |
It needs to be disposed of as industrial waste. |
