Ripple finishing auxiliary for polyester

A ripple-finished matte print, made of laminated polyester and foam using CX Conc 2

CX Conc 2 has been put onto the market recently for making concave motifs on polyester. A soft ripple effect can be obtained with this new product.

Appearance: White flakes
Component: Dihydroxybenzene preparation
Solid content: More than 95%
pH: 6±0.5 (10% solution, 20)
Ionicity: Nonionic


[ Printing paste recipe ]

Boiling water 55
(to dissolve first)
CX Conc 2 30-40
Guar gum (powder) 5

[ Printing method ]

Printing - Drying - HTS (170-180, 7-8min) - Rinsing - R. C.


[ Note ]

  1. The use of printing pastes must be within 24 hours after preparation, or otherwise a tint of yellow will appear on printed areas.

  2. Anthraquinone-based disperse dyes can freely be added to any printing pastes for use in ripple finishing.
