Dispersing/leveling agent for high-pressure dyeing of polyester

Benerap D-101

Performance Evaluation

Ipposha has conducted tests on the dispersibility, dye migrating/retarding properties, decoloration, chemical stability and foaming properties of Benerap D-101, a dispersing/leveling agent for the high-pressure dyeing of polyester. The following shows the result.

5. Chemical stability test

[Test conditions]

  • Dispersing/leveling agent 0.5g/L
  • Other chemicals (% o.w.f.)
  • Liquor volume 100mL

[Evaluation]

The condition of the prepared test liquor was visually examined after having been boiled for 15 minutes.
