Performance Evaluation
Ipposha has conducted tests on the dispersibility, dye migrating/retarding properties, decoloration, chemical stability and foaming properties of Benerap D-101, a dispersing/leveling agent for the high-pressure dyeing of polyester. The following shows the result.
6. Foaming property test
[Test conditions]
- Dispersing/leveling agent 0.5g/L
- Acetic acid (90%) 0.3mL/L
- Liquor volume 400mL
- Nitrogen gas volume 1500mL/min
[Evaluation]
The test liquor was poured into a tall beaker and nitrogen gas was fed through a No. 2 glass filter for 5 minutes, before the height of foam was examined in different temperature conditions.
