Durable water-absorbent SR agent
Preshade SR
The durable water-absorbent SR agent Preshade SR, developed for the soil-releasing (SR = prevention of redeposition) of polyester, enjoys widespread use in school children's socks made of 100% cotton or cotton/acrylics.
Soiling in school children's socks is particularly heavy. Good resistance to soiling as well as easy SR effects during laundering can be expected in those usually-white materials from Preshade SR, through the addition of its SR properties after bleaching and fluorescent whitening treatments.
Preshade SR can withstand at least 10 launderings and is valued as an SR agent with water absorbency.
