Anti-pilling agent
Queenseter P-100D
Queenseter P-100D is an outstanding anti-pilling agent potently capable of producing anti-pilling effects in fiber materials without hardening the hand. By forming a soft but strong resin film, this agent significantly prevents pilling and produces a good, resilient hand.

Features
- Produces potent wash-fast pilling-prevention in fiber materials
- Produces a good hand with resilience and volume, and without coarseness
- Does not cause yellowing or color alteration and is free of gumming-up trouble due to good mechanical stability
- Requires no heat treatment as it forms a solid resin film on the fiber surface simply through the evaporation of the water content
Method of use
Treatment by continuous padding or dipping.
The amounts used vary depending on the kind and form of substrate and the degree of effect required, however, the use of 1-3% solution is standard.
- Subsequent heat treatment not required
- Preliminary, thorough testing of compatibility required in case of simultaneous use with other agents
