RC agent Kayasoaper URE

Kayasoaper URE is an RC agent, highly effective for polyester stain removal of disperse dyes.

<The characteristics of Kayasoaper URE>

Appearance: Yellowish brown liquid (Solidifies below 5 °C)
Component: Nonionic activator (HLB: approx.15)
pH value: Approx. 9 (2g/L water solution)
Solubility: Dissolves in water, but rather slowly_ use hot water (80° C+), in quantity of more than 5 times of the Kayasoaper URE amount used.

<The effects of disperse dye stain removal from polyurethane by RC with the use of Kayasoaper URE>
By adding Kayasoaper URE in RC, disperse dye stains on polyurethane are most effectively removed leaving hardly any remains or any possibility of adverse effects cast on the following stages.

[Dyeing conditions]

-Substrate: 100% polyester cloth and 100% polyurethane yarn(weight ratio 80/20) dyed in the same bath
-Dye: Kayalon Polyester Black KLW 4.0% o.w.f
-Liquor ratio: 1:15
-Dyebath pH: 4.5
-Dispersant/leveling agent: 0.5g/L
-Kayaresister UN: 1g/L
-Temperature & time: 120°C, 60 min.

[RC conditions]

[Remains of RC agent on cotton/polyester]
Remains of RC agent on white cotton/polyester verified after RC under above conditions, acid dyeing (Kayacyl Blue HRL) at room temperature and rinsing.
