Fixing agent/rubbing fastness improver
Danfix series
Entering the stage of competition for improvement in dye fixation rates
Textile manufacturers have begun their efforts in improving dyeing technology the world over since all textiles and textile apparel manufactured in member countries of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and exported after January 1, 2005 are no longer subject to quota restrictions.
Textile plants have increased worldwide, and globalization is intensifying in terms of markets for textile auxiliaries. Nittobo’s Danfix series fixing agents (non-formalin type) for cellulosics are no exception, nor are the rubbing fastness improvers ‘Danfix MM-11’ and ‘MM-12’.
Demand for fixing agents is growing worldwide, with the global shift of competition to a stage of improvement in dye fixation rates and rubbing fastness levels.
Correspondingly, Nittobo Specialty Chemicals Division has updated the self-produced/marketed Danfix series of fixing agents for use in reactive and direct dyeing as shown in the table below, as well as Danfix MM-11 and MM-12 wet/dry rubbing fastness improvers, in order to achieve superior marketability.
