Amino-acid-based softening
Parafine AM-S for knits and weaves, AM-J for denim
Ohara Paragium Chemical's Parafine AM-S (for knits and weaves) and AM-J (for denim) are a new type of functional softening agent containing silk amino acids. They produce silky hand mainly in cotton
and cotton/polyester, while the moisture and heat-retaining silk component contributes to the well-being of the skin. The following are descriptions of the main components, uses and processing recipes.
