Car seat finishing auxiliaries of Takamatsu Oil & Fat
Anti-snagging auxiliary for loop-raised surface material
"TK SET 413"
It prevents snag by stopping thread loosening
Takamatsu Oil & Fat’s anti-snagging agent for loop-raised
surface material “TK SET 413” can be used to prevent
snag (rips made forcibly by being picked) caused by the ends
of the fasteners of clothes and bags on loop-raised surface material,
responding to seat surface materials becoming diversified.
“TK SET 413” is a polyester resin-based setting
agent that can add an anti-snagging effect to seat fabric by
hardening it slightly by fixating yarns together to prevent loose
threads.
It can be used as a setting agent for roll-curtains because
of its characteristic that it does not easily harm the flame
resisting property of polyester.
The following is a treatment recipe for anti-snagging auxiliary “TK
SET 413.”

issues, owing to the similar structure to polyester car seat
materials. The company will continue efforts in the future
toward developing technologies to contribute to the industry
by seeking further new functionalities. |
