Takamatsu Oil & Fat’s dust antiadhesive remover “TK
SILICONE AS-1020” is a modified silicone based softener
that can improve dust antiadhesive effects and removal performance
for car seats as well as adding desirable hand.
Because it has a negative aspect to harm the flame resisting
property due to being silicone-based, an increased amount of
flame retardant is required.
The following is a treatment recipe for dust antiadhesive remover “TK
SILICONE AS-1020.”

Specimen: Polyester fabric
Padding (pick up 100%), drying
(100°C x 3min.) and setting
(180°C x 1min.)
