(HEAT SENSITIVE TABLE ADHESIVE FOR AUTO SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE)

Polixresin HA series is a heat sensitive type table adhesive for textile printing. So it has no tackiness at room temperature. Although, when heat at over 50°C is applied to Polixresin HA series film by heat roller, the material to be printed can be adhered onto Polixresin film. Therefore, Polixresin HA series is suitable for Automatic Screen Printing Machines and Rotary Screen Printing Machines with heat rollers. Its special merit is resistance to mineral spirits and chemicals. It will provide an even surface and compensate for particles on the table which may cause unevenness with fine textiles.

2. Polixresin HA series is resistant to mineral spirits and chemicals used in the printing process.
3. Simple application because Polixresin HA series need not adjust adhesive power.
4. Polixresin HA series provides even surface and compensates for particles on the table which may cause unevenness with fine textiles.
5. Very little fabric nap and dust adheres to Polixresin film.

APPLICATION FEATURES

Generally, the preparation,coating and peeling off of Polixresin HA series is similar to the previously marketed Newdine except for needless adhesive power adjustment. But Polixresin HA series is a high viscosity solution, therefore when coating Polixresin HA series by coating blade (squeegee), Polixresin series must be undiluted or diluted in solvent (e.g. Ethylacetate, Aceton, M.E.K.,Trichloroethylene) 1:1. Also in coaing by screen, Polixresin must be diluted in solvent from 1:1 to 1:2 ratio by weight.

ADHESIVE ADJUSTMENT

Adhesive power of Polixresin HA series can be adjusted by heat and pressure of heat roller. And also adhesive power adjustments are made by the mixing of two compatible treatment of waste adhesive.
