KAYACION E-LE conc. reactive dyes able to reduce the use of Glauber's salt and soda ash |
Economical Trichromatic Reactive Dyes for Heavy Shades able to reduce the amount of Glauber's salt and soda ash
- Kayacion Yellow E-LE conc
- Kayacion Red E-LE conc
- Kayacion Marine E-LE conc
Characteristics of Kayacion E-LE conc
| * |
E-LE conc is short for Exhaustion, Low Electrolyte System which requires a lesser quantity of Glauber's salt and soda ash. |
| * |
This Series is highly suitable for medium to heavy shades dyeing due to its excellent build-up properties and high colour value. |
| * |
Excellent reproducibility in trichromatic combination dyeing due to matching the affinity and reactivity of each dye. Little dependency on dyeing conditions, such as liquor to goods ratio, dyeing
temperature, salt concentration, etc. |
| * |
High absorption and fixation rates can decrease the salt quantity in the dyebath. |
| * |
Highly applicable to CCM and COMET SYSTEM (determining optimum of Glauber's salt quantity and the liquor ratio coefficient). Due to amount good combination properties. |
| * |
Excellent fastness properties. |

Standard salt quantity of Kayacion E-LE conc
| * |
Fixation can be controlled by the quantity of salt added. |
| * |
If the colour is matched, for example, in a laboratory under the following conditions. |
| Kayacion E-LE conc |
3.5% o.w.f. |
| Liquor ratio |
15:1 |
| Calcined Glauber's salt |
52 g/L |
|
| |
However in actual dyeing, there are also occasions when small lots are required and need a liquor ratio of 40 :1. In such cases if 75g/l of Glauber's salt is added, approximately the same shade
can be obtained as in the laboratory. |
| * |
This property is the supreme advantage of Kayacion E-LE conc series which you cannot find in any other trichromatic combinations. |
