Hank mercerizing

Spray pipe

The reason for spraying caustic soda solution or water from a spray pipe for successful hank mercerization will be explained.

For higher luster, give a proper amount of tension keeping the shape of the cotton fiber at stage (5), then rinse and dry.

Although moderate shrinkage may occur, an elegant luster can be obtained through stages (6) to (7).

These are skillfully processed by hot rinsing and cold rinsing with a spray pipe.

Automatic operation can easily be processed with the program developed by Nishinakajima Precision Machinery.
