Hank mercerizing

Rinsing system

Next, the methods for better hand and/or increased dyeability are explained.

The fiber structure can be damaged when high tension is put on the hank yarn, if the number of pores and their distribution is irregular in the micelle structure.

To avert such trouble, powerful rinsing or drying with strong tension should be avoided.

Rinsing with a spray pipe can avoid such trouble.
